i have installed win Server 2012 r2 on HP DL380 Gen 9 hardware and noticed that the server keeps losing 3hours.
my time zone is UTC+3:00 Nairobi and every time i reset to the right time, it stays for an hour then falls back three hours behind.
i have noticed that this is not affecting the date, just the time. i have tried removing it from the domain and taking it back, tried to set it from BIOS ; HP Intelligent Provisioning without success. the machine will not also sync with the PDC.
