Hi everyone,
I have 2 servers (both running Server 2008 R2) that are having this problem. One server is a virtual server hosted on a Server 2008 x64 machine running Hyper-V and the other is a physical stand-alone server. The virtual server is running ADDS as well as DNS and the physical server is running System Center Essentials 2010 as well as Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager. I've installed KB947821 on both servers to see if any files are missing, but the CheckSUR and CheckSUR.persist files indicate that no errors were detected. I can't find any other suggestions for fixing this problem beyond installing KB947821 and replacing missing files.
Does anyone have any other suggestions for fixing this problem (short of a reinstall)? Please let me know if any additional information is needed. Thanks!
