Task Scheduler runs but batch not works, nothing happens

Hello!

I already read a tons of topic about this problem.

I've a MS Srv 2012 R2 Standard.

I created a job in the Task Scheduler, which have to run a batch file. The batch file is very-very easy it has to be download one file from web.
The batch file name is "studioline_download.bat", and it's content:

"del *.xml
wget -t 5 http://fototechnika.dyndns.org:21643/mindennap/019048/stockinfo.xml"

I place the wget.exe next to the studioline_download.bat file. If i execute the bat file, it's works correctly.

If i do this with the batch file nothing happens. The Task Scheduler finishes "with return code 1".

I created a user, called "daemon", and also created a group for that. I give permissions the folders which contains the batch file, and a the wget.exe. At the last attempt, i give it Administrative rights as i put the user to the Administrators group. (But it not solved my problem.)

The task scheduler said "Task completed", the TaskScheduler's log from the "Task Scheduler has no tasks running for Task Engine "S-1-5-21-855611208-2512793736-2347776343-1017:ESL-SRV1\daemon:Password:Highest" , and the idle timer has started."

I'll attach images after my account will be verified. :)

Everything seems fine for me, but still not working my batch file.

The batch file have to update my xml file, which contains my web shop's supplier storage data, it has to be up to date.

If sy have and tip, or solution i'll be very-very thankful, because i struggle with this for months.

Thank you.
Yours,
Balazs Meszaros
