Remote shutdown not happening

Hi all;

I wanted shutdown remotely 10 pcs at 11pm every night. and wake on at 10am every morning. WOL works perfectly but not the shutdown for only 3 pcs. I dont know whats wrong with this pcs?

These PCS are all in a  secpol.msc ->local policies->user rights manageemnt-> force shut down entries to admin and network
