We are using Windows Server as a Reporting Web Server (a solution of Genesys), normally the server was accessed well via Remote Desktop or keyboard+screen directly, but after a while, they became unable.
With Remote Desktop from our laptop, we've continued receiving a denied remote connection message.
By plugging in the keyboard and Monitor, the firs screen is Ctrl + Alt + Del requirement, but that buttons did not work, seems like the server was hung up. The last solution was hard reboot it, then we were able to access again.
The situation kept happenning time to time. I checked task manager and can say that server's load was quite low (CPU and RAM was about 50-60%).
Any idea for my issue, please?
