Taskscheduler runs one day behind scheduling date!

I have a task scheduler on my windows 2008 r2 server to copy files to network shares. It ran fine for years and suddenly it did not run at all last few weeks and I could not figure it out. This is a bat file. I originally grouped 3 copy jobs together and now I created them separately. That means I have three task scheduler jobs to run separately at different time on the same day.

Jobs are now running but they all run one day behind. I checked the source server, it has correct time zone, time and date. The source date files are 10/1/2014 but the copy files (destination) date 9/30/2014. This happens the second day now! Yesterday I reset the time and date to make my schedulers started to run on 10/1/2014 and the jobs still one day behind! All target servers where the files copied too have correct time zone, time, date and they are at the same location with the source server!

It's over my head; shred some lights to enlighten me, please...Thank You!
