Microsoft Management Console has stopped working.

On Windows Server 2012 R2, when creating new Authorization Policies for Remote Desktop Gateway, the Microsoft Management Console quits when I try to add a group to the CAP. All other consoles are working but I cant get my RD Gateway up without being able to add the group to the CAP.

I have already tried a sfc /scannow and it came back with no errors. In looking in the event viewer, I find the following:
